Peer Review Process
The Journal considers all manuscripts on the strict condition that:
(a) All manuscripts submitted for consideration will undergo a single-blind review (e.g., reviewers will not know the identity of the author or authors).
(b) Accordingly, submitted works should include a cover page that lists the author(s) names, institutional affiliation(s), and contact information. This information should appear only on the cover page
(c) All identifiable information should be redacted from the manuscript itself to maintain the integrity of the blind review process.

Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that greater dissemination of research benefits the authors and that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Sponsors
The Ethnography of the University Initiative (EUI) promotes student research on universities and colleges as complex institutions. Based at the University of Illinois, EUI supports faculty from various disciplinary and methodological backgrounds to integrate original student research on universities and colleges into their courses through faculty development workshops, customized web environments, Institutional Review Board permissions, and bi-annual student conferences. In EUI-affiliated courses, students use a variety of ethnographic, archival, and related methods to examine the university in the broader context of our social and political times.
